Frank Manginelli, a NYC Local 1 plumbing Foreman for 14 + years, founded Framan Mechanical in 1989 shortly after receiving his NJ Master Plumber's License. As a Principal & President of Framan Mechanical Inc, Frank has more than 30+ years experience in general construction & facility management including mechanical systems in commercial, industrial and institutional buildings, engineering and construction management, and general construction - interior modifications, with additions and alterations.

Frank Calello, also a NYC Local 1 plumbing Superintendent for 14 + years, has over 30 + years broad experience in the industry. His has vast knowledge of HVAC/R systems with specialty expertise in plumbing systems design and operation. He provides recommendations for project specifications.

Domenic Manginelli joined the team in 2003 shortly after having graduated from University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Previously, he worked as part of the field crew working on many public works projects. He has over 10 years experience in the industry.

As a Senior Project Manager, Domenic is involved with virtually every major project at Framan Mechanical, Inc. He plans, coordinates and strategizes with field supervision, project owners, architects, designers and collaborating trades to ensure the overall quality and timeliness of the project.

Edward Corallo is a prominent leader in the NYC plumbing industry. As an original co-founder of Lafata – Corallo Plumbing & Heating, Inc., the name is synonymous with a longstanding reputation of quality workmanship, long standing relationships and unmatched knowledge in the plumbing industry. As a NYC plumber and former contractor, he shares his years of experience and brings along with him the resource of vast relationships he has cultivated over the years.

JR is the Purchasing Agent and project Expeditor. He is responsible for all equipment and material purchases and is the point of contact on all projects at the submittal phase. JR also handles submittals for projects.

Thomas has worked for the firm in the capacity of Business Administrator and Accounts Manager. As head of the Business Administration Department, he is responsible for all Accounts Payable/Receivable, Progress Billing and Payroll.

Alicia is the newest member of the team. She provides inside accounting support in processing payroll, handling accounts, dealing with vendors and preparing progress billings on all projects. Alicia is also responsible for processing all union benefits and insurance claims.
